Liked the valet service and check in process. Quiet setting. Offered a room withouit a working TV but no discount. Thought downstairs dining was supposed to offer meals. Most of the offerings were salad and tacos. Extremly limited menu. Service wonderful, food horrible. I ordered rolled tacos and received 5 appetizer bites size style tacos, over cooked , no flavor with about a tablespoon of dried out chicken filling. The rest of the plate consisted of about 8 thin sliced cucumber and a hand full of sherdded lettuce. What a joke for a meal!! And it took awhile to bring me this. It would probably take 5 minutes to make this. Very dissapointed.

I did not like having to pay an extra $41 for valet parking. I did not know they didn't have a parking lot available for free until after I booked. Also, Travelocity was $9 more than the hotel's site. And no pool or hot tub. The room was $188 with tax and then an extra $41 for parking. So a total of $229 and it didn't have a pool or hot tub OR continental breakfast. Other than that, it was a very nice room and hotel and friendly staff. Just disappointing at all the extra charges. It was convenient to the hospital where my husband is staying.

Parking is bad, you have to pay around $42 a night and it isn't downtown. Should have more options. Walls are thin, heard a lot of noise in the hallway and banging from somewhere. Room had great view, clean, comfortable bed. Everything else was good.

No parking, we had to find a spot on the street. We didn’t have enough towels from the start, we had to call to get some more. Our TV didn’t work on the first day, the kids couldn’t watch TV and was fixed on the second day. Overall we didn’t like it. Definitely will consider another hotel when in the area.
