We really enjoyed our stay! Nguyen was so nice and responsive to our needs. The house was very clean and well supplied. The four of us appreciated the comfy beds and having two bathrooms. We also appreciated the snacks and waters the host provided. We liked the location and sitting out on the patio with the festive lights, and watching the beautiful sunsets. we found it easy to get to Cave Creek and Frontier Town for the wedding we attended. We enjoyed the fun shopping and restaurants in Cave Creek and Carefree. We would love to come back! Thank you Nguyen!

We checked in for one night. Rode the motorcycle up and arrived a little early, but Nguyen allowed us to check in. The place was great, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the snacks! Left early the next morning. It was a perfect little place!

Nguyen was a super host. He quickly replied to and accommodated our small requests. He offered several times to get anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. We also enjoyed the covered patio in back for observing the desert bird life; and in my case setting up my easel to paint. The location is convenient, about 15 minutes to Carefree and Cave Creek, and five minutes from Safeway and Target with a USPS drop box in the lot. Ashler Hills Park is five minutes away too and is a nice place for a short, gentle trail walk though the desert area. Phoenix Museums, Zoo, and the amazing botanical garden are about 40 minute away depending on traffic.

Perfect for a family of 3 with 2 dogs

Our teenage son had a soccer tournament at different fields throughout north Phoenix and we wanted a comfortable place to stay the weekend with our dogs that was relatively close to the fields. This house was perfect - spacious, clean, air conditioned, and had a keurig. The host was VERY responsive to questions/texts. It was so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room with two dogs or driving back and forth from our home in Flagstaff. The only thing we couldn't find that we needed was a can opener - but can openers aren't deal breakers! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the setting

A longtime friend from California and I were looking to get-away to a nice desert setting, for some well-deserved relaxation, and this house was the perfect setting! It was clean and we appreciated the layout of the home.A suggestion that I feel would be good is to increase the amount of silverware. There were no spoons, a small number of knives. If there was more than 2 of us, we would have needed to go to store to purchase plastic eating utensils. (Again, that's merely a suggestion.)
