This single-level, second-floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has two queen beds, making it ideal as an executive apartment, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat. Beautifully furnished and well appointed, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature high-end linens, soft pillows, and great recessed lighting with dimmers throughout.

An excellent stay
This was an excellent stay. All went superbly well. We will certainly consider this condo the next time! Only two points to note: the blocked drain of the bath was very quickly fixed (well done) and there were some suspect black spots around door rim of washing machine.

Phoenix Biltmore Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Family Friendly Condo in Phoenix Biltmore. It was extremely clean and comfortable and exactly as described. It was close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and freeways to take you to other places such as Sedona. Would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Perfect family home
We had 4 adults staying and our fight and two friends( that go to GCU) joined us for dinner. We grilled by the pool and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfy. Would definitely rent again.
