Bathroooms and sheets weren’t even clean I had to go to target and purchase my own clean blankets. Bathroom stillnhad hair and soap residue from the people that stayed before us

Already in the process of getting a refund. Stayed there for less than an hour and after 8 hours on the plane all i wanted to do was lay down. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible checked in and it says it’s a non smoking facility and there was people smoking crack,weed,and cigarettes. Room was disgusting. Definitely not cleaned before. Random peoples hair all over the beds and bathroom. But what really sent me over was the cockroaches. I saw 3 on the span of 20 min. Absolutely disgusting. Pictures did not match at all.

The shower would not turn off, water dripped all night long. Inspecting the room on entry I found trash from a previous guest in the bed side night stand. The bed was thin and badly worn it was not comfortable. The bath towel on the rack had stains and dirt on it. Aside from all that, the noise from the people walking around the property and congregating in the halls at all hours did not leave any room for a relaxing stay.i understand that this is an extended stay facility but I would not recommend this for a quick stay nor will I ever be staying at this location again.

Not as advertised! Run down, no amenities, dirty, bug infested, hard to find. Its an extended stay motel so shady people around. Front desk personnel were nice but thats about it. They said they were remodeling but not in the rooms yet. Bed frame broke, curtains soiled, no batteries in the remote. No trash can, noisy. remoteiremote
