Room 219 had several holes in the walls. The ceiling in the bathroom had a hole where there was water damage. NO HOT WATER. One of the TVs didn’t work. Got moved to room 307 “with hot water.” The hot water lasted 2 minutes before it was cold again. The TVs also didn’t work. The guy at the front desk had no idea how to improve the situation and yet we’re still expected to pay full price. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
