Television had no remote. Once I got one from the front desk, then it had "no signal", . Finally was switched to another room., after 4 trips to the front desk. The phones on the room did not work, and there was no instructions on how ro call the front desk if the phones were working.

The room wasn't clean, hadn't been vacuumed, tub drained slow. I was standing in a foot of water when my shower was done. The pictures on Expedia and on Business Profile look good, but not a clean place.

The beds had bed bugs and I couldn’t sleep. The neighbors were constantly fighting and one of them had a dog barking constantly. I wish I could get my money back for my stay.
