This hotel was really nice, pet friendly and the staff was friendly and helpful. We come to Surprise often to see our grandchildren and this is our favorite place to stay.

The stay itself was good. However just like you asked how was the free breakfast...it wasn't free. Because we were busy we never went to the Happy Hour or ate breakfast until the day of our departure. In a hurry both of us had a small amount of eggs and coffee. Then I got a BILL for $30 + dollars for a breakfast I thought was free. We barely ate anything as we were in a rush. Had we know the breakfast wasn't free I would have just left. NOT HAPPY!

Everything was perfect! And this is the first time the sheets and towels smelled clean not just reeked of bleach but clean and fresh. And the towels were so soft. Hotel was very clean and service was great! We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t respond about that but everything else was great! Would highly recommend this hotel!
