Nice place clean and a decent breakfast. Could use more staff as someone has to serve the food and take care of everything else that is available. Not much of a gym, but better than nothing. Rooms were clean and area quiet.

Windmill was a beautiful property, and the room was very nice. Unfortunately, I only get a few days off a year to travel and no matter where we go, the hot tub or pool is not in service. There never seems to be an urgency to get this fixed but it is the one thing I look forward to using. There should be a discount to the charge of the room, if there is a situation like this.

Overall, breakfast and service was pretty good. The pool area is VERY lacking. They only had 4 lounge chairs and the hot tub was broken. Our water pressure in our room was horrible and the water when bathing never was hot. I also noticed a lot of weird smells throughout the hotel. I'm assuming it needs all new carpet in the hallways. It was kind of grungy.

Wonderful property! The suites are clean and comfortable. Nice lobby with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Great breakfast! The only downside is that the Wi-Fi keeps losing connection. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness was the best part the cleaning staff were amazing. But the front desk service was careless I complained about the mattress being dirty it needs to be changed she didn’t even tell anyone until I ran into the manager at the laundry room I told her everything at least at the front desk she should’ve told me to talk to a manager. By the pool area the lounge chairs were broken the hot tub was broken the hotel needs a lot of attention and updating. The rooms were decent

HORRIBLE SERVICE

Absolutely horrible! Paid for king room, they overbooked and gave me a double. They claimed they had no other rooms and couldn’t do anything for me. I asked to speak to the manager the next morning. I was told that someone would call me and of course they didn’t. My husband and I slept HORRIBLY crammed into a double bed and no one offered a credit or even an apology!

Hotel was on par with a regular motel. Expected a bit more for a suite hotel. Needs upgrades in room regarding doors and paint. Main hotel needs carpet upgrade and paint as well as fixtures fixed and replaced. Not a bad hotel just in its current state its more at the motel level, but with a remodel would be a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and service was good.
