Paper thin walls, you could hear a pin drop in the other room. Dirty rooms, food and drink left in the fridge. Clothes tags left in the bathroom. Dirty floors and bathroom. They want you to attend an “open house” so be prepared for the sales pitch when you check in. $40 deposit is required if you agree. Grounds is beautiful and the staff friendly but I wouldn’t do it again.

The bathroom was not clean- a lot of hair in and outside of the bathtub from a previous guest. They did not provide any room maintenance during our 4 night stay (making the bed, changing towels, taking out trash), nor were there any signs saying they did not provide that service and it definitely was not discussed during check-in. Two towels for 2 people for 4 nights is ridiculous. The pool was nice but there was no bartender Monday through Friday. It’s a busy resort with plenty of guests. People would like to have beer and cocktails by the pool on weekdays. They need to just eat the cost of employing a bartender the other days of the week. Lastly, after check-in there is a high pressure sales pitch to get you to attend one of their time share presentations. Would not stay here again.

My room was not thoroughly cleaned when I arrived. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower from the previous guest, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The concierge badgered me when I checked to do their time share presentation. There is also not enough parking available and I had to park two buildings down from mine if I was out past 7pm. I would not stay again or recommend.
