Large bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, spacious living room with pull out sofa bed, dining room, breakfast bar dining room spacious open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an amazing balcony with cocktail table to watch the sunsets. flat screen smart TV, in the living room and a second in the bedroom, seperate little area with desk top and desk chair for your laptop. The Edge at Greyhawk is an amazing community with the most amazing fitness centre to resort style swimming pools with large clubhouse which includes a chef for meals, a killer Coffee bar with every kind of complementary coffee under the sun, complementary cold drinks, various fruits and more. Also has a Massive movie theater where you can watch movies any night, kids video game room, pool table, poker table, popcorn machine, and so much more. This gated community has a pile of restaurants, pubs, and shopping all within five minutes. Also only five minutes to TPC Scottsdale and 10 minutes to many more amazing courses including Scottsdale country club which is two minutes down the road. Piles of parks and hiking trails very close by, as well as the large hospital two blocks away. There is really no better location than the edge at Greyhawk.
