Physically inspect before you sign to rent
The lovely two-bedroom condo has possibilities that were not realized by this landlord.
It was untidy, and the patio had a large plant container void of plants with old dirt left behind. I never utilized the patio. It was unswept and dirty (table and two chairs)
The refrigerator contained food leftover from the previous tenant, and the kitchen cupboards held opened containers of food.
The rest of the condo was in a similar condition. I loved the condo, but the most disturbing occurrence was that the landlord charged more than what was advertised.
She did send a cleaner later in my stay, but by then, I was busy with online Zoom as I was working.
The condo had an odor from living in a man's home who did not think cleaning was necessary.
I recommend this condo, but be sure you see it or have someone look at it.
I would love to get my money back for the cleaning and the overcharging on my account.
