Communication at checking was the worst I have ever had. I never received check in email with instructions. Property host number listed was not in service and when called VRBO, they said they no longer managed property. I was stuck not knowing if I had a place to stay until about an hour prior to check in. I finally found a number that could assist! Very stressful!
