Needs a deep cleaning

The floor and shower was dirty along with there was blood on the wall near sink all walls could use a good wipe down. Trash up under the sink. And I still haven’t gotten my deposit back I had to pay deposit and pet fee at location was not expecting that had to go deposit more money on my card

The Elevators were broken. We were placed on the 4th floor. The entire stairwell (all stairwells) smelled like animal urine. Our room wasn't cleaned, wasn't swept, dirty towels, used soap amd plastic bags onnthe floor. The bed sheets had hair on them and stains. The toilet kept getting clogged. The tv wasnt working, we didnt get all our 80 dollar "deposit" back. We only received 75.
