Cost was reasonable. Employees were nice and maintained property well. It's an older building, but clean. Did not notice any dirt or stink. The only negative is that the shower chair needs to be replaced. There is potential for problems with the current one.

Affordable stay, rooms need upgrading. Flooring is very warped and worn, no hot water at certain times of the day, hallways smell of mildew. Otherwise it was a reasonable hotel for a reasonable and affordable stay. In terms of cleanliness, it was a clean room and facility. They will not allow you to check in before 3pm, in fact they post signs…. And then a while later they highlight said signs and post them around the building. I found that quite comical! The front desk agents are very nice and friendly. I did witness other guests getting angry with front desk staff, they responded professionally and referred their concerns to management/owner.
