We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful, just like home. The place was clean, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Fantastic for Big Groups

This place was perfect for big groups. We had a big party and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own bed. All the Tv's were equipped with ROKU's so we can watch the big game. The pool was clean and the sports equipment available were an excellent touch. The basketball court and the pickleball court were nicer in pictures. it was hard to play with the close proximity walls. There were no extra speakers so you'll have to bring your own. Overall the backyard was the perfect space to kick back and entertain. The kitchen was mostly stocked with all the essentials equipment. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Great house, location, and amentities

Super good house in a solid location. We had 20 people and everyone got their own bed which is pretty unheard of. The house has all you need to have a good time - basketball court, pickleball, pool, pool table, hot tub, bbq, turf are to play other games. Definitely recommend. I will say communication with the host was a bit difficult. I inquired 4 times about and early check in and they offered me to pay more for 8 am check in, only to say I wasn’t able to because other guests were there. That is totally fine, but why offer it to me 4 different times when you know there is other guests there? We had 20 people flying in from all across the US at different times, so we really just wanted to drop bags off early. After a few days of asking I ended up having to call the provided phone number countless times to get a response. Thankfully they did let us drop bags off early. Not a bad host at all, just difficult to communicate with them.

We booked this house and the one next door to house nonprofit staff and board for a working retreat. Everything was perfect! Plenty of space for each person to have their own time and plenty of options for group work. Having everyone nearby saved time and money for our org. We had a group of 22 visiting Phoenix/Scottsdale. Not once did we feel crowded or uncomfortable due to lack of space or accommodations. Plenty of sleeping room, bathrooms, and large common areas to relax and unwind. The owners checked in with us leading up to the stay and during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. The house is also conveniently located near coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend for large groups.

At home in the desert...

There were 13 of us in town for a family wedding - the home was beautifully laid out and the bedrooms and baths were exactly as advertised. The beds and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen/dining area was very nice for a large group as we had additional guests that joined us for some meals. We cooked a lot and the kitchen could've used more cooking utensils. The outdoor space was great and the kids loved it - we had the pool heated during our stay and, once again - the kids loved it. The cleaning crew was just finishing up at 3:59 when our arrival time was 4:00...no problem except for the fact that there was at least 3 loads of towels crammed in the dryer (all at the same time) - we thought we were short on towels until one of us realized that they were all still in the dryer. The bathrooms were fine, but the floors throughout the house did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The second refrigerator in the garage had quite a lot of old food inside that was apparently left behind by prior guests. We only needed space to store a couple of cakes, but had we need the space, it would've been a problem. Further, for the house being only a year old, we were shocked at the damage that had been done to this lovely property by prior renters! The window blinds were broken randomly throughout the house and the floor had cracks around the pool table . Part of the trim along the tops of the kitchen cabinet was missing. There was nothing un-livable about it whatsoever, but it was a surprise (and a shame) that such a lovely one year old property had been damaged by disrespectful previous guests. We were comfortable there and would absolutely stay there again, but the owners may want to go out and take a look pretty soon because they will not want these problems to continue.

Great house in a great location. Property manager responded well to a couple issues (like no coffee pot). Only issue with the property is the ninth “bedroom” (a den with a pullout) was not really practical for sleeping. But there was plenty of space in the other bedrooms for our group.

This house was everything we could have wanted for our bachelor party of 16 guys! So many comfortable beds, great indoor and outdoor space for hanging out. Amazing pool hot tub and chill area. We went for 3 nights for a stag with 13 guys and it suited our needs very well. The yard isn’t quite as big as it seems in the photos but still more than enough space. The main indoor area was actually bigger than what I expected from the pictures. If you’re not looking for something overly fancy, but just want lots of comfortable sleeping space, places to sit and bathrooms/showers, this place is ideal.

Perfect home base for AZ

We booked this for an AZ golf retreat and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, the inside and outside areas looked exactly as they were shown in the pictures. It was A+ all around and a great place to relax and enjoy our downtime between activities. Great layout of space and huge kitchen. We had a large party and Everyone slept comfortably and the outdoor setup was just what we needed. Will look to stay again

Perfect for a Large Family

We were a large family of adults and children of all ages. There was "something for everyone". The entertainment features were just as described and there was enough room for everyone without our feeling crowded. The amenities were plentiful. The host was very communicative and easy to contact if we needed her. I would highly recommend this property.

Place was perfect for a large group

The property was awesome for a large gathering. Accommodated our large group perfectly. The backyard was a great place to hangout as well. The communication with the property manager started off great but then closer to our check in date it got “suspect” in some of the things he was saying. But overall I’d recommend a group staying here.
