Size of the property the responsiveness of the owner and the understanding of the owners when we notified them of issues with the property - none of which impacted our group of 19 enjoying the trip. I would just say some of the additional amenities paid for should have been included once the spend level gets above a certain threshold and the price per person over a certain limit should be reduced or eliminated when you are advertising it is for large groups. Overall I would rent the property again for a large group and from the owners again.

We had a great overall stay and would absolutely recommend this property, especially for larger groups. The home was the perfect size for our group (25), with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made the stay very comfortable. The location was a major plus—close to shopping, nightlife, and a grocery store, making it easy to plan outings and excursions.Communication with the host was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. Linens and towels were clean and plentiful, and the outdoor areas—including the pool, hot tub, and sports courts—were well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, which we really appreciated.There were a few minor housekeeping and maintenance items worth noting: the floors and countertops were not fully cleaned upon arrival, the dishwasher was not functioning during our stay, the kitchen knives could use sharpening, and we ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly with only one extra roll per bathroom provided. These were inconveniences but did not take away from an otherwise very positive experience.Overall, this is a solid property with great amenities and location. With a few small improvements, it would be exceptional. We’d be happy to stay here again.

There is alot to say about this stay!We had to pay extra to use the amenities of this house, which we have stayed at MANY vacation homes. By amentities: There is a basketball and pickle ball court, we had to pay extra for "sports equipment" then there was no pickle ball to be found. If you need help the host sends you to a customer service number that is not a good feel to start.-The pool fountain never did work even after being reported to host. Comforter had pee stains on it where someone peed and it was never changedHot tub never warmed up until last day there, was super foamy when jets were turned on. looked like it had been just beat up!Pool - was filmy and cloudy and never felt or smell cleaned though there was a pool cleaner that did NOTHING. never saw pool cleaner people.Floors were dirty - our bare feet were BLACK with filth.Garage had strong bleach smell as if covering up something...all week strong smell.Bedroom had such a strong smell had to sleep with the window open.Honestly, this house looked like it had been a party house and not taken care of.I have pictures of filth, pee stained comforter,, dirty pans, kitchen ware that does not work.Pillows and comforters were nasty, some we even went and purchased new ones.No blankets to be had in the house, we left a few that we bought. If you are looking for a party house, this is it. If you are looking for a house that is clean and luxurious, this is not it.

The home was a great size for our group, offering plenty of privacy and space to relax. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and we enjoyed spending time around the pool table, the large seating area, and the pool itself.However, I want to share a few concerns in hopes they’ll be addressed for future guests. I’ve noticed that feedback not rated five stars sometimes receives defensive responses, which makes guests hesitant to share honest observations. I also felt uncomfortable reading a previous comment suggesting that “Americans can’t afford this property,” as it seemed unnecessary and unwelcoming.While the overall layout and amenities were good, there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues that need attention. The floors appeared clean at first, but one guest who walked barefoot found her feet black with dirt by the first evening. The refrigerator had a broken drawer, and another drawer was missing entirely. The freezer door was also damaged. Around the pool, there was enough furniture for our group, but several chairs and loungers were broken or unstable.For the price and the high-end description, we expected clean flooring and fully functional appliances and furniture. We’ve been renting VRBO homes for nine years for our annual golf tournament, and this was unfortunately the first property that left us disappointed. We hope these issues are addressed so future guests can enjoy this beautiful home as much as we hoped to.

We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful, just like home. The place was clean, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, stress free stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic for Big Groups

This place was perfect for big groups. We had a big party and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own bed. All the Tv's were equipped with ROKU's so we can watch the big game. The pool was clean and the sports equipment available were an excellent touch. The basketball court and the pickleball court were nicer in pictures. it was hard to play with the close proximity walls. There were no extra speakers so you'll have to bring your own. Overall the backyard was the perfect space to kick back and entertain. The kitchen was mostly stocked with all the essentials equipment. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Great house, location, and amentities

Super good house in a solid location. We had 20 people and everyone got their own bed which is pretty unheard of. The house has all you need to have a good time - basketball court, pickleball, pool, pool table, hot tub, bbq, turf are to play other games. Definitely recommend. I will say communication with the host was a bit difficult. I inquired 4 times about and early check in and they offered me to pay more for 8 am check in, only to say I wasn’t able to because other guests were there. That is totally fine, but why offer it to me 4 different times when you know there is other guests there? We had 20 people flying in from all across the US at different times, so we really just wanted to drop bags off early. After a few days of asking I ended up having to call the provided phone number countless times to get a response. Thankfully they did let us drop bags off early. Not a bad host at all, just difficult to communicate with them.

Great for big family fun!

This was perfect for our family reunion! Lots of bedrooms and lots of fun things to do...pool, hot tub, basketball, cornhole! Large kitchen and table for playing games! Everything was very clean! It's also a great location... close to grocery stores and restaurants! We all had a great time!

We booked this house and the one next door to house nonprofit staff and board for a working retreat. Everything was perfect! Plenty of space for each person to have their own time and plenty of options for group work. Having everyone nearby saved time and money for our org. Ideal house for hosting a large group!

We had a group of 22 visiting Phoenix/Scottsdale. Not once did we feel crowded or uncomfortable due to lack of space or accommodations. Plenty of sleeping room, bathrooms, and large common areas to relax and unwind. The owners checked in with us leading up to the stay and during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. The house is also conveniently located near coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend for large groups.

At home in the desert...

There were 13 of us in town for a family wedding - the home was beautifully laid out and the bedrooms and baths were exactly as advertised. The beds and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen/dining area was very nice for a large group as we had additional guests that joined us for some meals. We cooked a lot and the kitchen could've used more cooking utensils. The outdoor space was great and the kids loved it - we had the pool heated during our stay and, once again - the kids loved it. The cleaning crew was just finishing up at 3:59 when our arrival time was 4:00...no problem except for the fact that there was at least 3 loads of towels crammed in the dryer (all at the same time) - we thought we were short on towels until one of us realized that they were all still in the dryer. The bathrooms were fine, but the floors throughout the house did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The second refrigerator in the garage had quite a lot of old food inside that was apparently left behind by prior guests. We only needed space to store a couple of cakes, but had we need the space, it would've been a problem. Further, for the house being only a year old, we were shocked at the damage that had been done to this lovely property by prior renters! The window blinds were broken randomly throughout the house and the floor had cracks around the pool table . Part of the trim along the tops of the kitchen cabinet was missing. There was nothing un-livable about it whatsoever, but it was a surprise (and a shame) that such a lovely one year old property had been damaged by disrespectful previous guests. We were comfortable there and would absolutely stay there again, but the owners may want to go out and take a look pretty soon because they will not want these problems to continue.

This place is amazing!!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, tasteful and full of amenities. Beds were great, place was immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were perfect temp (which is an extra extra, but very worth it). The communication was lightning fast and very clear. We WILL be back.
