Walk to the State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Casino, West Gate entertainment District,Golf. It is a 3 bedroom house. -High speed internet -1 king bed, 2 Queen beds and 3 twin beds 4- roll away single beds 10 beds total The kitchen has everything needed to make a sit down meal . Bedrooms have ceiling fan- floor fan -blackout curtains. Outside has -patio furniture -fire pit -BBQ and extra fuel. There is very little road noise considering how close to the stadium. Parking for 4 plus cars. Here are just some of the amenities: State Farm Stadium. Desert Diamond Arena, Westgate entertainment district with tons of Dining, Bars, Theater, concert Venue, Outdoor activities like Pickle ball, splash pad park , cornhole, ice skating (in the winter months) Tons and tons of shops and dining. there is a Movie theater walking distance away! There is Desert Diamond Casino and TOP Golf nearby. This is a great place to bring Friends and Family together! Hot tub available if requested (when daytime temperatures get below 70degrees F. We really enjoyed the hot tub. There were lots of outdoor and indoor activity games. Nice patio and fire pit area.There was no garage parking as described in the highlights of the property.

Super clean property. If you’re staying at this house for game day, it’s perfect for the walk over. Fairly close to the westgate entertainment district if you need to get out and eat. Check out and check in are super easy compared to some properties. Host was really easy to work with. Only downside was the ice/water didn’t work in the fridge. And the keurigs didn’t want to work, so thankfully there was a basic coffee pot to use.

The house was lovely and clean. Plenty of space for more people, even though we were only traveling with two of us. Communication during our stay was a bit delayed, but we had no issues with the house. A great place to stay, and very easy to walk to State Farm Stadium and the Westgate district where there are many shops, restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay to watch the Arizona Cardinals play! Easy walk to and from stadium. Entertainment area is a 4 minute drive which has many options for food and activities. The host was wonderful with communication. House was clean and spacious. Would highly suggest staying at this rental.

Super cozy home with lots of amenities

We were truly impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of this home. The host thought of everything possible to make guests feel comfortable. The check in process was very easy. The host was easy to get in touch with and promptly answered all of our questions. We came for the event that was held at the stadium and were able to walk there under 15 minutes. After the event, the kids enjoyed a nice and spacious hot tub. This place deserves five stars all year round!
