Complete lack of flexibility!!!!! Beware!!!
My family were victims of the Southwest Airlines fiasco, and cancelled our flights to PHX to see a sick friend. The property owners were completely inflexible to work with us despite the property being available during upcoming dates of Jan. 5-8 when we have rescheduled our trip. I've attempted twice to ask for flexibility, and both times was told no. I'd look elsewhere in Scottsdale to rent.
Great property! Overall a great experience and the rental is wonderfully appointed with finishings and appliances. Would definitely recommend and would return! Location is very close to Old Town Scottsdale and the Fashion Square Mall. Lots to do nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the old town townhouse. The location is within walking distance to fashion square mall and several restaurants. The 2 bedroom unit was a good fit for our family of 4. The host thought of everything, we enjoyed having the guide book for ideas of restaurants and things to do. Excellent host and excellent property.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is really well taken care of, the location is great and the hosts are always checking to see if there’s anything they can do to help. I recommend this property without any hesitation and whenever I come back to Scottsdale I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
