My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at Avista Hideaway. The hotel was very clean and peaceful. Staff were so kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious - a lot of options too. A great location where you can enjoy peace but drive down to Patong beach or Bangla road for some fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was lovely and in a beautiful location. I participated in the hotel activities, which were well coordinated and fun. Beaches and restaurants were within (hot, sweaty and hilly) walking distances, a great opportunity to venture out.The room was beautiful and nicely Layed out. There was a little inconsistency with the housekeeping though, which was handled well.

Room was amazing and beautiful inside and out . The staff were very nice and accommodating .This property is about an hour from the airport which was a bit inconvenient going back to catch my flight . I stayed there when it rained almost every day so O would definitely like to stay again . The only thing I did not like was having to catch the buggy everywhere since everything is spaced out

Avista Hideaway was amazing. We cannot find the words to describe how good it really was. From staff to accommodation to facilities, it was the best resort we have stayed in. We didn't need to go anywhere else if we didn't want to. The rooms were out of this world, the food and restaurants were not only exquisite but were full of variety and accommodating to allergies. A big shout out to Tuktik from the pool bar, she was talkative, informative and creative with our drinks. Avista is on our list to stay in Thailand from now on... thank you for making our trip so special!

We liked the property however there are not many eateries at walking distance . So eating at the premises was only option which was costly.

The service was nice! The hotel actives like Muay Thai class and personal cooking lessons with the chef were lovely. Nice swimming pools, and overall the vibe was great! It’s a bit tucked away, so be prepared to walk, take a taxi or Grab (Thai Uber). But I’d prefer that over the loud hustle and bustle of street noise. There’s also a free hotel shuttle to and from the main drag daily. I would recommend. 👍

Amazing stay

Amazing stay! Got a free upgrade from pool access room to the presidential suite with a private pool. The suite was huge, spotless, and beautiful. Pool was a bit cold (wish temp could be adjusted). Room had a smart TV but no Netflix—front desk lent us a Chromecast for a $100 deposit, which was returned. Loved the hotel’s design, pools, and happy hour BOGO drinks (12–1 pm & 4–5 pm). Room service was excellent and breakfast was incredible. Wish I could’ve stayed longer—highly recommend!

I had a truly unforgettable vacation at Avista Hideaway in Phuket. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded my expectations. The property itself is absolutely stunning — perched on a hillside with breathtaking views, beautifully designed interiors, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere throughout. What really made the stay special, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant team, the service was consistently top-notch. We spent 5 nights at Avista Hideaway for our honeymoon, and it was truly the highlight of our entire trip. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pool villa, which made our stay even more special. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We were surprised with thoughtful touches like a delicious cake, chocolates, and beautiful complimentary decorations in our room. The villa itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The private pool was a true luxury and added so much to our experience. If it fits within your budget, I highly recommend booking a pool villa; it’s absolutely worth it. Dining at the resort was equally impressive, with several excellent on-site restaurants, including one with a Michelin star. Every meal we had was outstanding. Avista Hideaway created the perfect romantic and relaxing environment for our honeymoon. It was peaceful, seamless, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway—it truly made our honeymoon unforgettable.
