Ideal for a family and large groups. Friendly helpful staff. The swimming pools were ideal for the kids. Great buffet breakfast with lots to choose from.

The managers, head chefs and front of house supervisors are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. from recommending food to troubleshooting. A very humbling experience because the staff are all very humble and meek. highly recommended to those going to Phuket.

We loved our stay at the Hilton Arcadia. An amazing resort! The gardens, grounds and rooms are incredible. Staff are sensational. Little touches of flowers etc. in your room made our stay very special. Overall would highly recommend this beautiful resort. Thank you Hilton Arcadia!

Great hotel in a great location
The Hilton has warm welcoming staff upon arrival, and throughout your stay. The hotel has great facilities, and is very clean. Located across from the beach, and close to great restaurants, and markets. We would definitely stay at the Hilton again when we return to Thailand.
