A truly magical place to stay, this was our 2nd time staying as a family. We could not fault the resort in any way. The staff are incredible & so accomodating, the views are spectacular & the overall atmosphere is one of tropical relaxation. The pools are beautiful as are the grounds. The buffet breakfast was a highlight for my teenage boys with my highlight being the massages you could get under the trees or by the pool. The beach is stunning with the water so clear & warm. Our rooms were spacious & spotless & our balcony view was mesmerising. Again the staff are to be commended for their customer service. From the bar staff to the gardeners, everyone greets you with a warm engaging welcome. The resort also surprised us with a decadent chocolate cake as it was my husband’s birthday. We were also given a late check out which was so appreciated as our flights hot changed. Thank you Katathani for a magical family holiday, we are so sad it’s over.

Very clean room, well serviced every day. Staff very helpful. Breakfast has lots of choice. It is very expensive to eat in the resort would have liked a relaxed cafe beside the beach offering great snacks with a Thai influence at a reasonable price.
Basically the hotel could be anywhere in the world. I would like more Thai input. I definitely would recommend this hotel.
The massage ladies were disappointment and the manicurist didn’t want to know me.

Was great for 2 young kids (1 year and 2.5 years). Asked to love to ground floor room second day and wasn’t a problem. Large rooms with divider to seperate kids sleeping to adults. Provides 2 cots free of charge and kids bedding. Also had a step in room so toddler could reach washbasin. Nice details to support young kids. Pools were great. Breakfast buffet was lovely and staff were amazing and friendly. The security guards were very friendly and lovely to see each morning. Lots of cheaper restaurants right outside resort which were great and a 7/11. Only improvement would be a bin with a closed top to put dirty nappies in or more frequent rubbish removal.

Great location away from the hussle & bussle, with plenty of taxi's to take you to Kata or Patong for serious shopping. Beach not over crowded & so clean. Great choice of resort pools & restaurants. All staff so friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend this resort.

We had such a lovely stay here. The room was spacious and clean. The resort pools, bars, massage, buffet breakfast and grounds were amazing. Our kids loved the kids club too!
The only thing I would say was a negative, was that we had to catch a tuk tuk to go shopping as there wasn’t much in walking distance. But this was also a plus as it meant the resort was peaceful.
The beach was clean. They are implementing things around the resort to make it more eco friendly and they encourage recycling which was great.
Within walking distance there was a couple of restaurants, a few massage places and a convenience store with ATMs. Very handy.
All of the staff were so kind and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again!
