Lovely Hotel

The hotel and staff were lovely. The rooms are very clean and comfy. Our only small complaints would be, the pillows in the room were not the best & the rules around the pool are no smoking at any loungers, and you had a designated smoking area, although this rule was only enforced for some and not all. The rooms are powered with an an Alexa Type AI, which is a fun modern feature. Breakfast was average, but overall a really lovely pleasant stay. We extended our stay by 2 nights.

The hotel is new and very well kept. I have only two suggestions, they need more lounges at the pool and a shaded area would be great. The other is the DJ they have by the pool, it was way too loud, the walls in my room were vibrating. We get enough of that on Bangla Road, I don't think it is needed pool side. The pool is huge and very clean. The front desk staff are fabulous, very professional and friendly. I have stayed at two other hotels in Phuket, this hotel is by far superior.

～超級方便嘅位置，在布吉市中心，穿梭　於商場中，落雨都唔使擔心，斜對面便是Central。 ～酒店分兩座，訂了Sunkissed房，沒有露台，隔音也很好，沒有任何噪音。 ～好大嘅酒店，每一層也超過30間房，基本上都開陽，舒服，寬敞。 ～房間正常，燈光，設施，空間也非常好。 ～早餐非常多選擇，好好味。 ～泳池超級靚，如果鍾意游水可以訂Pool Access房，非常正。

Great location

The location of the hotel is great and connected to a mall which was amazing and comfortable. You would note that the hotel has 2 separate buildings and we did the checkin in building no. 1 but stayed in the other building so the check out was longer since the recipients needed to drive to to the building no. 1 to cancel our deposit. The room we took didn’t have a porch which is not recommended since we couldn’t dry the swimsuits. There was also a lot of noise from the outside but it ended around 12 am.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Right next to the shopping centre and 7 eleven and within walking distance to Bangla Road. Room was clean and pool/pool area was clean and stunning. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if visiting Phuket.

Great hotel situated at the heart of Phuket

We had a fantastic stay at the M Social Phuket. The reception was efficient and welcoming, the rooms completely new and with AI to command lights, TV and A/C. Comfortable beds and great bath rooms. The swimming pool is huge, and the service is great. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our next holiday in Phuket.
