I booked 2 rooms 7 months ago and made a request regarding room allocation to the resort that gave 3 weeks ago. However, the resort changed the room without my consent, assigned a room different from the one I reserved, and did not reflect the request at all. Hotel was fantastic, the location is ideal, just out of the hustle and bustle but a nice walk into town. Hotel was clean and tidy all the time, staff were very friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend, we will stay here again.

Liked the updated queen rooms. Roomy and comfy beds. Only cupboard space, no draws which was inconvenient. Breakfast was very good with a large variety. Ten pin bowling was good. Foyer large with free refreshments. Also stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with fridge and microwave. No cloth to wash up though or detergent. One bathroom and a glass door which is a bad design as the light shines into the bedroom very brightly.
