Bad management. At time of checking in the room was not ready on time. Staff didn’t provide feedback and left us hanging. Escalated to management and he offered us some juice drinks as compensation. I said thanks but no thank you. The rooms provided smelled mouldy due to the arcade air conditioning systems. We spent two nights there and regretted every minute of it. In general the resort is very beautiful. Areas needing to be addressed are training for management and staff on hospitality. I would recommend that anyone staying there review the rooms conditions immediately following checking in and if not satisfied speak to management immediately.

The property is situated just outside the main Kamala district, walkable but a small taxi fee if you wish. My wife & I enjoyed the quiet, slow pace of the resort; just what we were looking for.

The hotel is great. Amazing view from the sea view room. The location is just inconvenient as it’s not really near the main Kamala beach. Getting out of the strip is a minimum ~200 baht taxi ride. The hotel has limited shuttles.

Hillside rooms basic and rear corridor access is host to an array of AC condensor units whirring. Main hotel is fine - and stunning views. Food in the restaurant is very good and good value compared to other resorts. Pools are decent but the upper pool suffers from constant loud music. A one-off perhaps but our child cut open knee in pool on something sharp. The staff prevented us from leaving the property until they had checked our rooms - a complete first for me in all my years, and it was not a good experience. Was made to wait until they had carried out their checks whilst being surveilled by their staff. Terrible way to end a stay.

Beware! Whilst there was some good - views from the pool and pool bar, breakfast and majority of staff. There were also some ordinary - dated facilities, room cleaned up at 6pm on 2 out of 4 days after a trip to the beach, account cut off as We didn’t pay up in full after 3 days ( what hotel does that???). Lack of communication between managers and staff led to confusion and us being stalked - seriously. We also had no room for half a day due to maintenance - all power and water off. When I asked
