Everything was great. However they informed me on check in that I had to pay an additional fee for i) cleaning and ii) electricity This amounted to a 15% uplift on my booking. This information was not provided at the time of booking. After 10 emails and a 30 min phone call Expedia refunded the amount

it is a new construction so room brand new, clean and functional. excellent location but some construction coming up nearby
