Phuket Vila

The apartment was one of the smaller ones int he building, but perfect for a weeks stay. Nice to have the cooking facilities too. Lofty was super helpful, The hot water broke and the guys came to fix immediately. All in all a decent place to stay.

NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM IN 11 DAYS

Stayed here for 11 days,Had to get security to call them so i could checkin,although i informed them it would be after 10pm and was told someone would meet me there and nobody did. Never in the entire stay did any housekeeping get done and i was aware it was limited not NOTHING at all.Beds are like sleeping on the floor although the floor seemed softer anyway. Day of checkout i had to call them to arrange them to meet me( this was the first contact with them in 11 days) o0Only to be greeted on the phone by a very rude woman on the other end of the phone,Not sure if this is how they treat all of their guests but i would never recomend this to anybody else. Ifr you stay here dont expect any6thing from them you finally get to your room and have 2 small bottles of water in the fridge for you even though there was 3 guests staying and that was it until checkout happened.Not even a change of towels in that time.All this with an AUD $1200 price tag. FORGET IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Utrolig koselig de som jobbet på mini marten i resepsjonen. Hadde litt problemer med toalett som lakk vann utover gulvet. Madrassen var hard som betong men fikk en overmadrass som hjalp lite. Aireconisjon bråket og spyttet is utover gulvet i stuen men de kom og fikset den. Det bli liksom ikke noe god start på ferien når de første 6-7 dager gikk bort til å fikse problemer. Vi valgte og bytte hotel så vi fikk noen dager med mykere madrass føre hjemreise. Tenker jo at det ikke har vært så mye brukt under pandemi så det var nok derfor det lakk litt både her og der, men madrassen kunne vært byttet ut føre vi kom.
