Funky hotel!

Pros: We loved it because of the retro feel.
Location: Not as much things to do compared to other areas but still worth a look for a few days to see some more sights.
Awesome cool funky retro hotel! Rooms were neat, air con was good, location was good in the middle of town. About 20 mins to Patong Beach if you don't find enough to do in town. The cafe there was great too. We were glad we stayed there just because it's different.

Good place to stay to explore phuket town

Pros: Quirky decoration and the location.
Cons: More variety for breakfast
Location: In the middle of old Phuket Town.
Quirky hotel in the middle of Old Phuket Town. Fancy decoration throughout the hotel. More aimed at younger people (but not back packers). You can walk to Indi Market and one of the local markets as well as local shops and major bus stops. Although the area does not look fancy there are nice restaurants and cafés everywhere. The hotel itself has a modern rooftop bar which opens at night. There is not much of a breakfast: some cereals, toast, jam, coffee, tea and 1-2 types of fruit. Good place to explore the area and go on excursions. Away from the big tourist crowds.
