Not clean, friendly staff. Not recommended.

Friendly staff (limited English) but not clean rooms and rooms are in need of renovation. Hard bed. I've stayed at worse hotels but also many better ones in this price range. Location is good.

the female front desk receptionist is terrible, a couple ask for how to get to airport and she said by taxi, and asked how much she said THB700, the young couple inquire its any cheaper way like a minivan, she only shaken her head. She must known there are minivan and bus available. The bathroom is too dirty and old and smell to use; fridge is terribly old and discoloured

Awesome hotel with great staff

We loved the friendly staff and the location. It is close and easy to find transport. We loved our view and also the fact that they made it so easy to check in and check out. The staff made our stay so nice.

Made my Stay in Phuket

First of all I didn't understand quite how much Phuket was a party town so I am glad I booked this away from Patong beach because it was a nice cool chill neighborhood. The room was a great value and very clean. Phon was a wonderful help at the front desk, breakfast was good, peaceful environment. I will stay here again when I come back to Phuket.

Convenient, but cheap

Cheap... says it all. Not an easy place to find, and a little far south to be a "perfect" location in Phuket. We didn't get the breakfast we paid for, 1 day they only had tea, 1 day they only had coffee... we were lucky to get toast! (And they were even short on smiles) We were locked out of our first room after the barrel lock had worn smooth and the hotel couldn't be bothered to fix it. We were moved to another room, where the bed was only 5ft long. A problem for all but the hobbits. Decor was SO dated everywhere. Cheap, not cheerful, and less than convenient.

Got what we paid for

We were just passing through Phuket for a night so we booked rome because it was cheap. And we got what we paid for. The toilet was basically in the shower, and the shower drained very slowly so if we had to use the toilet we had to step in shower water.

Good... for only one night

We stayed there one night before leaving to Koh Lanta. Rooms are small, breakfast is light, the hotel and premises look old. But the price is very low. It's ok if you wanna stay just one night and you are not looking for comfort. If you expect high value, you should get another hotel...

Incredibly good value, clean, ferry port closeby

It's a step up for a hostel. I wouldn't stay more than two nights and the nights would be down to convenience. It's very basic, but clean and easy to get to the ferry port if you come in too late to catch one to Phi phi. Pick up by taxi is at 7ish and they are very helpful....I have recommended it to a friend for this reason and may well stay there again as I'll be returning soon.
