Only reason complain is the first room I was put in for the first 3 days stunk Once I was moved to another room it had 2 beds which is not what I ordered so it make the room cluttered as there was no space for my bags. Once I brought the up, the lady at the checkin desk was not pleasant and I felt intimidated to ask for what I paid for (which was a single king size bed with no stinky smell)

The property was very nice and well kept, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the room remained very moist which created a mildew smell. The walls and floor remained wet even after wiping everything down with a towel and this also caused our clothes to remain damn. Not sure what that was about but maybe it had to do with the AC system. Otherwise it is a very nice property but a little far off from the excitement of Patong Beach.

LOVED this hotel. Staff was so friendly. Went to thailand for my birthday and on my birthday they decorated the bed and brought me a cake with a candle. I thought the gesture was so sweet. The nature Phuket is a great hotel to stay at. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are very helpful, the cleaners do an amazing service, the pool and pool bar are awesome, especially buy one get one at the pool bar that lasts for 3 hours. Can’t wait to see you next time 🙂

If youre a fan of resort and need a family oriented stay, this is a good pick. We initially had a room that smelled of mildew and signs of mold. Staff were able to accomodate us ans switch rooms. There are multiple restaurants, bars, and pools. We did the spa on site the second day. Breakfast has great options! Its easy to book island tours. Right outside isnt walk able but the hotel shuffles can take you a few minutes away to the beach or mall. Plenty of food options close by. Decent.
