Typical Thai hospitality.

Pros: After up-grading from a jacuzzi suite to a villa we found it was quite comfortable.
Cons: The food selection was very limited and the non-Thai selections we made were very poorly prepared and presented.
Location: Quite isolated and consequently doing anything outside the resort was difficult, especially if you are not very agile.
This was a last minute choice for us and, unfortunately, we had to re-schedule from July to September and hit the middle of the rainy season. The staff were very friendly, as usual for Thailand, and the few days of fine weather were appreciated.

We booked a honeymoon night stay.

Pros: View from our room
Cons: General maintenance. Curtain ties fell out the wall. Toilet needs to be private. One soap for two basins, bath and shower.
Location: So hilly we were unable to walk anywhere let alone to facilities. No recommend for anyone with walking difficulties.
Very disappointed. Food in our room was inedible and in plastic containers. No privacy in toilet. Felt like a cheap hotel. .

Good family hotel.

Pros: As above, and the privacy of the villa and the pool made for a great stay.
Cons: Bigger fans in the restaurants as the air can be a bit stuffy at times.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Experienced a couple of problems, but management solved these straight away and continued to be ever present.

excellent location

Pros: location, views, gardens, staff
Cons: Restaurants could offer more authentic Thai cuisine.
Location: On an island close (10 min by water taxi) to the hustle and bustle of phuket mainland, where there are markets, restaurants and natural attractions.
A great destination for those interested in a quiet time in idyllic surroundings of manicured gardens. Many watersports available and included in pricing.
