Amazing Villa

Amazing property!! Definitely a must stay if your looking for an affordable and spacious villa. The technology integrated throughout the villa was perfect too. Only regret was going on tours when it would have been nicer to stay here longer! Also, Siam Supper Club restaurant in Laguna gave us free rides to and from the villa when we are there.

荒謬的經驗，The worst experience of the rental house

荒謬！退房時被罰1000港幣，原因是桌子掉漆，但此情況是在我們入住前發生，因為損壞的形狀跟房子裏原有的擺設是一樣的，他們說之前來自韓國的男生也有同樣問題在另一桌子也比罰5000泰銖。房子很多蚊，比市區還多，而且屋內很多蚊子屍體，入住前沒有打掃乾淨。而且他們說可以提供一日清潔服務，但到我們七天的旅程完結都並沒有提供清潔服務。而且有一天在沒有通知的情況下有陌生人到泳池掃，雖然不用在正門進入，因為泳池可以從側門進入，但我們都受到驚嚇，他們說泳池有暖水提供，但並沒有。在入住時他們用了30分鐘跟我們說規矩，我們七天內到依足規矩，結果他們都要罰我們1000港幣並且問題不在於我們的責任。這次是我最差的往屋經驗 ，絕對不會推薦給其他人入往，以防受騙！ Ridiculous! At check-out,we were penalty HK$1,000 because the table was off paint, but this happened before we checked in, because the shape of the damage was the same as the house decoration.They said the boys from Korea had the same problem in another table also penalty 5,000 baht. There are many mosquitoes in the house, more than in the urban area, and many mosquito bodies in the house are not cleaned before check-in. And they said they could provide a one-day cleaning service, but did not provide until the end of our seven-day journey. And one day there were strangers who went to the pool without notice. Although they didn't have to enter at the main entrance, because the pool could enter from the side door, we were all scared. They said that the pool had warm water, but it didn't. At the time of check-in, they used 30 minutes to tell us the rules. We follow to the rules within seven days, and they all punish us for HK$1,000. The problem is not our responsibility. This is my worst experience of rent house. I will definitely not recommend it to others to prevent being deceived!
