The room was lovely. The only thing that was a big issue was that the hot water took 10-15 minutes to get warm/ hot every time we took a shower. The pool on our balcony was great and very private, we loved the view as well.

The staff there were great, very kind, accommodating. However, I do feel like the room could have been attended too more thoroughly. I did not like seeing mold in the bathroom, especially around the floors of the shower, when first arriving. The floor had minimal stains, but still a bit noticeable. The room wasn’t entirely like the depicted layout online, however it was more or less the expected room and view. I almost didn’t receive that room however, being that the room was not ready when I arrived. Not to mention I was quite late for arrival due to immigration visitation lines, my RESERVED hotel transportation taking 30 minutes to arrive, and the traffic. At the hotel, I still had to wait for about an hour for the room to be completed. Any other day, it wouldn’t have bothered me too much, but I think it especially did on arrival due to the long flight. I’m not going to blame the reserved transportation experience on the hotel. Maybe that’s just due to the traffic which I learned about once I arrived to Phuket. However, my main concern was definitely the room. And I’m not too sure if the beds were supposed to be that hard… but they most certainly were. I was not used to that, so waking up every morning was a killer. Parts of the hotel are quite nice and it is located in a spot with stunning views. However, I do believe they can improve their shuttle system. I was almost late to excursions coming from breakfast to the lobby. Otherwise… I don’t mind the walk.

Wyndham grand Phucket service desk bottom of hill was harassed by aggressive employee to stuff ourselves in the back of a van. We declined, he persisted, we declined again. Waited in room for an hour Wyndham prop No cleaning dirty room service ask several times for water and ice Grab situation -it’s at the top of a hill and you have to ask for a ride to get to the bottom where the only place is for a grab to pick you up. You are stuck forcing to order room service 45 min 3 times 30 min licked out of room Ac broke, iced up said they’d have to turn it off and come back to fix- never did. 15 hours no AC have to request pick up never shows, requests several times, trapped. Do not stay here!!

Best place i have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing, fhe hospitality is unamtched. Anything you need, you can ask and they'll deliver. The villas are brand new, everyrhing in there is gorgeous and clean. Very spacious and private. Location is great, its about a 10 min car ride to central chiang mai. The breakfast is also amazing. Overall great and amazing place to stay at. No downsides to this place at all

This hotel was a huge disappointment and does not come close to a 5-star experience as advertised online. Check-in was poorly handled and unwelcoming. The room was dirty, and the pool suite deck was also unclean, which made it feel neglected and poorly maintained. The TV was almost falling off the wall, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. Breakfast was another letdown—the buffet had a very limited selection and the food did not taste fresh. Overall, the property is seriously misrepresented as a 5-star hotel. Based on my experience, it is nowhere near that standard and I would not recommend staying here.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast bar (included with my booking) has an amazing assortment of foods to choose from. Artisan coffees are also available in the breakfast bar. The location is also great. Quiet and away from the party crowd so you can get some rest and then it’s very accessible when you want to go to the more touristy areas

The pic in expedia was very wrong. You have to book villa. Otherwise, you will get a room towards the street noise and view of eletrical line crossing the barely seen ocean view. I had to upgrade my room. Also the resort part had a different lounge and reception. Also the faucet was broken and the neck rest in the tub was dirty and stained. I dont know how they can charge what they charge.
