Dear Liz Greetings from Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay. Thank you for your stay and your feedback. From our 214 rooms in our resort - 154 have their own pool with two sunbeds each. It is very rare that our two big pools (Deck Roof Top and Thabtim Main Pool) have no beds available. I do apologies for the inconvenience and glad to read that you enjoyed the time on the pool when it was not as busy.
