The house is spread over two levels and features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 elegant bathrooms with refined design. Each floor is equipped with its own high-end kitchen, fully equipped for your comfort.
The architecture, inspired by the great names of Californian modernism (Neutra, Van der Rohe, Frank Lloyd Wright), is expressed through vast volumes, retractable glass walls, wood, brass, and furniture by iconic designers (Mallet-Stevens, Nelson, Pollock, etc.).
High-speed Wi-Fi, numerous dimmable lighting points, a cozy atmosphere, and total comfort.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private swimming pool, perfectly integrated into the landscape. Several terraces allow you to relax or share meals around the provided plancha grill.
