Desk staff of one was fine until leaving. We requested a detailed account of charges. He said the 3rd oarty would give us one. Never in so many years have we been refused a in room copy of charges when checking out. Either staff was lazy or a scam. Im not searching or calling for information. Hidden charges...maybe!

Great time...

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Arrived on Monday and stayed till Friday morning. Monday i was met Richard when i checked in. He was professional and friendly. He help us get checked in. At first he had us on the first floor. We changed to a second floor room, it was a corner room and again we changed our mind. Richard worked with us again to move us back to original room. Not a problem. Breakfest great, had a good Variety of breakfast foods to choose from in the morning. Comfortable room, the one thing i noticed. Some other hotels we have stayed at had starchy, rough towels. Your hotel had soft , fluffy towels. Loved that !!!! One thought, maybe add fresh fruit to the breakfest. Otherwise , great time.. Will return in the future

Very close to shopping Room was very clean. Indoor pool was very nice for the grandchildren. I would suggest a couple of benches in the dog park area. Breakfast was everything you could want.

The property is conveniently located and affordable, even with short notice. The rooms are old and the electrical outlets won't hold plugs. The bathroom gfci trips. The Hotel is located on two main routes for attendees of Slammedenuff 2025 Sevierville. There was reckless driving, large traffic volume and all-night noise Friday and Saturday.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to the LeConte Center and shopping. The only minor complaint I have is the air conditioner was a bit noisy when it came on. Overall I would definitely stay there again

Room had a strong musty smell but I got a can of Fabreez from the front desk and that helped a lot. 😊. The front desk staff was super nice and friendly. This property does have a pet area and my Yorkipoo loved it. The motel is close to all the entertainment including a 15 minute drive to Dollywood! 😊

This was our second stay and other than some of the plugs in the room not working we had a great stay. The staff are always friendly. The rooms are spotless. They also have some of the best beds in the area.
