The rooms were clean and the desk and housekeeping staff were nice. The breakfast was ok. The facility is very inconvenient to enter and really needs a sign at the road. The pool is entirely too small for 2 hotels to share. Probably won't stay there again.

We stayed three nights but didn’t receive maid service second night for some unknown reason but the front desk provided us with fresh towels as requested . Overall a good stay . Breakfast was adequate. A second waffle maker would be helpful

We stayed here for 3 nights. Usually we stay at Hilton's but we really enjoyed this for the price! Breakfast every morning was great. Staff was friendly. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel which we did not know but it did not affect anything. Kids still had a great time. At night you can walk up the hill behind the hotel and catch fireflies as it is dark and quiet! Dollywood and GSMNP are both very close and easy to access via car.

The breakfast was really great. The only drawback was the room was not as cool as the thermostat indicated. I had to turn it down to 62 which felt more like 70, but I didn't realize until the morning. It was hotter than preferred throughout the night, even set at 66 and 64.

There was a lot of dog hair and in general evidence of animals which is fine but it would’ve been awesome if it was kept on top of. Also, it says there’s a pool but it is connected to a super 8 next door and shares a super small pool with them.

The pool was shared with the property next door and always full of kids so not really usable. The gym was one treadmill and a bench or rowing machine. There are not any really great walking paths near the hotel. It is in a busy tourist area.
