The search is over! This beautiful chalet is perfect for that family get-away or spending time with that special someone. Sit on your deck and enjoy the view of 12 acre Lake Innsbruck while sipping coffee and taking in that fresh country air. If you want to get out, there are many amenities right on site such as fishing, john boating, putt putt, swimming pool, tennis, playground, volley ball, basket ball, recreational center and much more. Home is located just a few miles from the town of Pine Mountain and all local attractions.

This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, has a beautiful lake view, an open floor plan, a furnished kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, washer/dryer, and even has a ramp and a charcoal grill on the deck. You will enjoy 2 Twin beds upstairs in the loft and 1 King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom downstairs. This home is pet friendly, guest traveling with pets will pay additional pet fees of $50 a day for 2 dogs. PMCC cannot accommodate local reservations.

Could of been cleaner

Could have been cleaner. Top of refrigerator had a 1/2" of dust and empty soda bottles were found under both down stairs bedrooms. This leads one to wonder how thorough the property was cleaned prior to arrivalNice location

Overall the place was nice we didn’t use the outside space much since it was cold but did note the outside furniture could be updated. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Furniture in the living area was a bit worn. The bedrooms were comfortable. Loved the area and proximity to Callaway Gardens. Merry Christmas!

Somewhat disappointed

Upon arrival the place including dishes were dusty. Dog hair balls and dog hair everywhere. We too had dogs but a good vacuum of furniture to remove hair would be great. Electrical outlets are FIRE HAZARDS. Broken and most plugs were too large to hold a plug in causing appliances to hang half way out of sockets. Bathtub was dirty with hair. The service fee is extremely high with what is required of renters. Washing dishes and putting them away is ridiculous. I don’t mind starting a dishwasher. I don’t mind carrying out our trash. I don’t even mind putting in load of clothes in washer. The scenery was nice. It was pleasant on deck watching birds and turtles play in water. It was quiet amongst the neighbors.
