Fantastisch

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were also very pleasantly surprised by José's hospitality, he will always be there immediately when you report a problem or just purely need help with something! The house is very clean and is also within walking distance of the beach, the shopping street in Calella and purely the supermarket. The view from the breakfast/lunch/dinner table is also wonderful, concerning the skyline of Pineda de Mar. We were not short of anything and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to other visitors!

Amazing Villa perfect for large family groups

This property is perfect for large family groups. It's in a peaceful location but close to beaches (20minute walk) car parking at the beach is also easy. The property has a good outdoor space including a good size pool. There is an area with ping pong and pool table. Lovely large outdoor table and BBQ. The decor of the property is lovely and there are 5 good sized bedrooms. Jose was extremely helpful with recommendations. The property is great if you have a dog as it's all enclosed. The beach has a lovely walk where there no cars and there are also areas where the dogs can go on the beach. There are some lovely beach bars as well. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at an amazing property,

Absolutely perfect space for our family holiday. Host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating! Property is in a wonderful location with glorious sea views, close enough to the beach and a short train ride to Barcelona 
 but very difficult to drag yourself away from the wonderful pool and outside space to take advantage! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wife’s 60th

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Villa flora. I booked this villa for my wife’s 60th birthday . There was 12 in our party which included children and grandchildren the youngest being 5 months old for which the owner purchased a new cot bed. On arrival at the villa we were welcomed by the owner Jose Rafael who was very helpful he even took us to the super market to get our first shop nothing was a problem for him If you had any problems you could just contact him and he would be there in about 10 minutes would definitely book again Ralph Smith

Perfect

We have just enjoyed a week in this lovely villa. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children (age 3&4). The villa was perfect. Great size swimming pool, plenty of space in the villa so we didn’t feel on top of each other and a great outside area with bbq and table tennis etc. It’s approx 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and to the beach. The beach is very stoney so I would advise bring reef shoes. There are plenty of beach bars and shops and restaurants - particular mention to casa Austria which does amazing steak. Jose the owner has to be one of the friendliest most helpful people around. He drove to find us when we got lost, offered to order us taxis, gave loads of recommendations and was generally a huge help in us finding out way around the area. The villa is completely enclosed so really good for children and as mentioned previously, a good size pool so lots of inflatables and games can be played. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful villa with an ideal sized clean swimming pool. Raphael,the owner was very helpful.

The villa is in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Calella and Pineda de Mar and the beach. Supermarket is 10 minute walk away. Furnished to s high standard with a welcoming bottle of wine and basic essentials. Bbq was ideal and a good sized pool. Raphael, the host met us there and was very helpful with local tourist attractions. He also took my father to the doctors when he had a mosquito bite on his eye causing swelling. Highly recommended Thanks Raphael

Very nice house. Clean and tidy. Jose was a perfect host - very helpful, and answered immeditely.20min walk from nice beach and a little longer to city center. Supermarkets app. 1km away.Kitchen ware etc. could need an upgrade, but it worked out OK.

Perfektes Ferienhaus fĂŒr Freunde und Familien

magnifique vacances

Nous sommes un groupe de 10 amis, josĂ© a Ă©tĂ© gĂ©nial avec nous. Il Ă  toujours Ă©tait Ă  notre Ă©coute, il rĂ©pond rapidement, nous conseil pour les restaurants, les plages, les parkings. Il Ă  toujours pris soins de nous. Nous sommes pourtant des jeunes de 18 Ă  25 ans mais il nous a fait confiance, nous Ă©tions pas lĂ  pour faire la fĂȘte, nous avons profitĂ© de cette grande maison avec une piscine incroyable. Boligen levede til fulde op til beskrivelsen. RengÞringen var helt i top. Udlejer var usÊdvanligt serviceminded bÄde fÞr og under vores ophold. Procedure ved ankomst og afrejse var ukompliceret. Alt i alt et hus og en udlejer der kan anbefales. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Great house with very helpful host

House itself looks fantastic. Beautiful pool and area outside the house made you want to stay there whole day. It was fun both for kids and adults. Host Rafael was extremely helpful. From the very beginning we had a great contact with him. He was advising best places to eat and shop in the neighborhood and the small gifts were waiting for us at the begging and the end of the visit. House in the nice area from which you have close to visit best attractions in Catalonia- Barcelona, Monserrat, Girona, BesalĂș, Fiqueres etc. I strongly recommend to book the tour in the Codorniu vinery which is producing very good Cava and the tour itself is really fun, even for the kids.

Excellent place near Barcelona

It was great experience to spend holidays in thia house. It was well equiped, very clear and close to all necessary amenities (shops, beach and train station).
