The centre of Pineda is located just 10 minutes walkingIt is the ideal location to enjoy and get to know our entire coast.People on the property:· The house is rented in its entirety for exclusive use by guests.· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.Check-in:· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identification document (identity card or passport) during check-in. No other documents will be accepted.The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pmCarrer de les Antilles 1317310 Lloret de Mar.Late arrival and out-of-hours:· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.· Not showing up on the check-in day, no refund will be made for the reservation.· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.Cleaning:. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes clean, and garbage deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the guarantee deposit.IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.Beach towels are not provided.Keys:· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be charged on-site to the technician.Rules:· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.- If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation at that very moment. Forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or for any loss during your stay.
