Very nice hotel.. free parking.. next to a Starbucks and a very good Mexican restaurant. However there is no pool and no free breakfast. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel refused to accommodate my room request due to policy of not allowing making any reservation changes if you book through a third party, and because of an occupancy formula the hotel uses. Even though they had a room that would have worked out for me, I was not given that room. Very poor customer service. I have stayed at other hotels under the same type circumstances (day of the week, time of check in, duration of stay), and have received a professional and courteous response of staff trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible by doing whatever it took to accommodate my room request. No, was something I didn’t hear
