I had nothing but a great experience here, all staff were friendly, hotel is super clean, parking is free and right by the front door. The breakfast buffet not that many options but better than nothing.

My stay was for 7 nights, and my room was only semi cleaned one time. The carpet and the bathroom floor was not cleaned once. Our beds were never made up and counters and bathroom mirror was never cleaned. Had to go get appropriate amount of towels everyday. Was traveling with my wife and two small grandchildren who wanted to use the pool. The pool was covered in green algae and dirt and debris floating on top. Wouldn’t put my foot in, let alone my grandchildren. It was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend anyone staying there.

We were there 4 nights for a family event and had a great stay. Breakfasts were excellent and the one dinner we had was outstanding. The hotel was very accommodating on a special request.

We booked solely for the pool - loved it! The pool wasn’t exactly clean (dirt in bottom, bugs etc) but it was outdoor and heated. The elevator was sketchy - bouncing around when you stepped in. I would ask for a room that isn’t joined - our neighbour was pretty loud but during acceptable hours. The staff are phenomenal super friendly and helpful.

You can tell there was significant water damage to the walls and ceilings, carpet was super dirty/worn and in need of replacement, ac wasnt working well, extremly noisey, key cards didnt work, and lastly the beds were terrible in comparison to other hotels. No evidence of bed bugs though, so I suppose they had that going for them. Room 715.

Perfect room. Totally clean and comfortable. Small fridge included. Great space on BOTH sides of sink for toiletries etc. Extra large bath towel. Great soaps and conditioners provided.
