The iron had something on the bottom that ruined my shirt ($90). I told the front desk and they blew it off and shrugged their shoulders with a weak “sorry that happened”. Absolutely a terrible experience. I will never stay at a Drury hotel again…their customer service is laughable. Avoid!!!

Great Hotel - Amazing Price for the Location

Loved this Hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the downtown, we walked to the Pirates game and to Acrisure Stadium and explored the town mostly by foot. We never enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner, but could see how that would be a huge selling point for families. The room was very large and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall, the e would definitely stay here again.

Walkable to PNC Park and restaurants. Nice pool, hot tub, exercise room and rooftop patio. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Historic hotel (it seemed), pretty inside. Breakfast in lobby was a madhouse and the food quality was below what i expected- fruit wasn't the freshest and lacked flavor. Parking is misleading - when booking you are told there are 2 parking options, self at $19/day and valet at $39 a day. The only parking on the Drury property is valet, so when you drive in there following your gps that is what you get. To do the $19 parking you need to find a garage offsite which is a hassle. The traffic downtown Pittsburgh is very bad and stressful, so once you pull in and find out how the parking works, the last thing you want to do is drive back out there is save the $20 bucks you expected to save.

Everyone was so feiendly and helpful. We were offered free diner and drinks and free breakfast the next morning. However we were out for the eveing and didnt to take advatage of the dinner and drinks we did have the breakfast and it was very good! The only thing i wish the patio and pool were open longer then 10pm on saturday night!

Great place and a great price!

We were surprised at how great the hotel was because it was a very good price. Very clean and updated, friendly and helpful staff, amenities were great, it was just an overall great place to stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pittsburgh.
