It had a nice view and parking was easy for the most part. $30 a day. Only one of the TVs worked though. Couch was kind of crappy and uncomfortable

No hot water over two nights, three days (Friday check in, Sunday check out) even after reporting the issue. Not dirty, not clean. Great location. Building not full; I requested a room with a view (within my rate class). They upgraded me to a three bedroom from a two bedroom. While the upgrade was appreciated it was a room with a terrible view. Housekeeping parked four house keeping carts on both sides of our suite in the hallway and across from our door all weekend. Not a good look and a poor practice. Find some store room to put them in. Never again. There are too many available downtown Pittsburgh options to ever go back to this property.

This should not be called a hotel when they have zero maid service for a 4 night stay. When they say “limited housekeeping” in the fine print they actually mean you clean for yourself, change sheets for yourself, etc. Eveb though I called Expedia and they agreed they should come clean our room, and the staff promised to send someone, no one came and they later said you have to stay 30 days for any maid service. This is a great extended stay for someone, but it is not really a luxury hotel. No bell man, No valet. I would stay again overall, but be honest about the accommodations. No Mom wants to clean on their vacation.

My only complaint is the cleanliness of the room. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. The pullout bed had food crumbs inside of it and food smears on the throw pillow and cushions. The staff was helpful and the value of the room for the price was excellent. The location was also great.
