This is my second time staying here. The first time (01/25) my stay was fantastic! The room we had was a 1 bedroom and we were on the 11th floor. The room was excellent and it appeared to be maintained well. My second visit was just this weekend and we were provided room 1006. It was clean and had the same updated furniture, but the room was clearly much more abused. Several of the cabinets do not close, the power outlets on the island did not work, and I'd just say the room needs some basic TLC to get it back up to the potential it has. I say all that in hopes that they take this criticism as constructive and fix the little things. All in all, I will stay here again, but I hope that they don't let things slip and the property falls apart, because it's a gem!

I found that the tv/cable service kind of tacky. Of the 3 tvs in the room I had, all of the cable boxes were hanging from the wires that connected them to the tv. There were areas you could tell that had not been dusted in quite some time. Overall, the room was nice and convenient to dining and shopping.

Staff was friendly and available when we arrived. Checked in quite early at 1:45pm so that was nice. We were just in town for a show. We had noticed that the blinds weren’t functional and most of the metal cords for the blinds were missing. This wasn’t a big deal but we did mention this upon checkout. The staff told us they would have switched our room if we had mentioned this upon checking in. Our studio suite was very roomy and clean. Price was more attractive than some older top-rated hotels. We will look to stay here again on our next visit.
