I booked at this hotel 2 hours before I had to cancel, due to a medical procedure cancellation out of our control. Expedia refuses to give me my $100 back. The hotel manager was very polite and said they had no way to refund me - it was all up to Expedia. Very disappointed in Expedia!

Enjoyable Stay

Our stay was great! The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was good. The grandkids said, “We could live here forever.” One thing I will note - the pool area has multiple signs posted stating that the floor is slippery when wet. And it is! Any flooring around a pool will be wet. Maybe choose a flooring that IS NOT slippery when wet.

We came to the area i grew up in and i knew i was home. Easy on and off of the interstate and close to some restaurants. The lobby was decorated for the Steelers' season and we were warmly greeted by the front desk lady. The entire hotel was very clean. I finally knew i was "Home " in the Pittsburgh area when i saw kielbasa sausage for breakfast. I know i will be using this hotel on my future visits.

Great value for your dollar

Very clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast included hot and cold options with plenty of seating. Service was solid.

I really felt that Expedia would take care of us when our work project got canceled the weekend in advance and Hampton Inn would not give us credit or our money back. We just lost the bucks and $270. I think it’ll be a while before we do anything through Expedia again.
