Great place to stay! Has free parking and shuttle to and from Pittsburgh Airport! It was a breeze Breakfast was ok. However I’m not much of a breakfast person.

I was put in an Accessible room. While I do not have disabilities, I have been in the hospitality industry for a long time and know that this room does not meet ADA compliance. The bathtub was dirty as was the shower curtain. I did not want to shower in there.

This is an older hotel which is totally fine. The bed was very comfortable. The big turn off was that immediately upon opening the door I was hit in the face by the overwhelming smell of a toxic chemical degreaser cleaning product. I could thankfully open the window. I could see the product film on the floor (and it was slippery) so I washed the floor 3 times to get the majority of the heinous toxic smell out. The dirty mop water film on the floor soiled the rag repeatedly. I hope that they will find an alternative effective product as to not make someone sick.

Great comfort overnight stay!

I was able to change my Hotel room because the one that I was assigned, had a table lamp that wasn't working, air condition not blowing properly, and a part that was broken. The African American man who was at the front desk was very pleasant and professional.

The hotel was clean, comfy beds, and helpful staff. However, I checked in super late and that is where it got creepy and scary. I was in the lobby grabbing tea and an unsavvy, seedy looking guy asked me what room I was in and said he would hold the elevator. I told him no thank you. He was going to be on the same floor as me. The general manager moved my room to a different floor and walked me up to my room. He apologized, said he is only a phone call away and could call the cops if need be. The manager also said they try to put the truckers on the opposite end of the hotel as regulsr guests. I was honestly so spoked I almost put my life in jeopardy and drove home extremely sleep deprived.

My king room was spacious and clean. The AC actually worked well. The only doubtful-looking item in the room was the bedspread, which either needed to be cleaned or replaced because it was either stained or was dirty—plenty of outlets for a laptop/charging. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. No hot food other than toast or bagels,

The staff and property were professional and clean but the room smelled of mold infestation and there was a barking dog all night. The mold smell is really what killed the vibe. It was clean but that mold is deep in the walls
