Something red on the sheets..

There was a 1" spot of either blood or red ink that bleed out on the flat sheet. Since we checked in so late, we pulled off the top sheet and slept with the comforter that night. They changed the whole bed sheet set out in the morning. Also, there was no lotion in the dispenser on the wall.

Very convenient. Nice that there is a restaurant on property. Had issues with internet in my room but staff did a great job finding my a new room with working internet. Just wish I had checked it out before unpacking my stuff.

They were overbooked for doubles so I was "upgraded" to a suite. The room was dirty, greasy fingerprints on the tables and doors, hair and dust on the back of the toilet. The room had obviously not been deep cleaned in a while. The front desk was apologetic and offered to clean or switch rooms. I selected cleaning and the maintenance man was sent up right away with cleaning supplies. He wiped everything down to my satisfaction. I also received a free breakfast for my troubles as a courtesy. All the staff and especially Lindsey were super nice. I would highly recommend their restaurant, Jackson's. It was excellent.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The Jr. King suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was really good, and all the staff members we encountered were kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing wrong with hotel as much as the ratings who claim it was 4-5 stars. It’s a basic hotel. Breakfast not included. Amenities nothing special. Coffee in room very stingy, bathroom lacks a fan and the ceiling has been steamed to the point of plaster peeling away. Just very average but tolerable.
