Our biggest takeaway from our stay was how much we liked the staff. We had great help from the desk staff, the valets and the maids. We had breakfast in the Palm Room and our waiter Harris did an excellent job. He has very good customer service skills. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Wonderful property. Close to everything. Clean and very beautiful especially the lobby. We came for the Steelers game and it was a great location to commute from. Highly recommend.

The hotel is historic, but very dark and outdated. I reserved a one-bedroom suite, and I was disappointed in the condition based on the rate that I paid. The toilet was abnormally low to the ground, so weird. The furnishings were old and needed a refresh. The room was dark and dingy.
