The room was clean and well furnished. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There was a safe in the room, but it was not working correctly, so we were afraid to put stuff in it in case it would not open. TV remote was terrible. Common areas (especially elevators) showed a lot of wear and tear. Checkout was at 11:00 a.m. At a little after 10 we went down to bring the care around and bring a cart to our room to load up only to find that our key cards had been disabled and we could not get back into the room to get our luggage. We were able to flag down a maid who opened the door, but it was inconvenient and the keys should not have been disabled before we checked out.

Clean, convenient, quiet and a reasonably good breakfast. That's really all I wanted. Except, the price was quite a bit higher than the last time I stayed there. I am hoping the price comes back down next time!

The room was very nice, better than expected. Clean, quiet and quite comfortable. The facility was very nice with easy access to the laundry, gym and parking lot. Breakfast was very good and a nice variety with fruits, eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal etc. Overall a very good facility with shopping and restaurants nearby, but not within walking distance. My only negative is close to Lebanon Church Road which is a busy and fast moving road but this is not the fault of the Holiday Inn of course.

Great friendly staff

Your staff are great. They were very helpful pointing us to good restaurants. It is so nice to be able to laugh with people and feel welcome. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast food was good and very convenient. We stayed two nights and would recommend them to anyone.
