Exceptionally clean room. Be aware though that although this room contains a stove top and full size fridge, there are no utensils, dishes, glasses, or flatware. If you are staying for an extended period, it's not a big deal to purchase your own. For one or two night stays, seems kind of pointless. Clean (as previously mentioned) and comfortable room. I particularly like the satellite TV menu and spent a leisurely late afternoon/evening watching three movies on BBC America. This is my new go to location for one or two night stays in Beaver County.

My room VA's very clean and there were no bad or odd smells as with some other extended stay hotels. The entire hotel seemed to be very clean and very well managed. The staff have all been very friendly and cared about all of my needs. When I arrived I was informed that the elevator was temporarily out of order, I explained that I am disabled and would have extreme trouble using the stairs, they immediately switched me to a room on the 1st floor and were very understanding and attentive toward my needs. If and when I came back up to PA to visit family, I will definitely be staying at "My Place Hotel" again.

I was only there from Friday night to Monday and in that time my room key deactivated 4 times. The front desk attendant is never actually there. Get ready to wait for them to come back. Seems like they’re expected to do many other tasks in addition to watching the desk. I was happy to find that my room had a kitchenette but there were no utensils or anything. Not 1 plate to microwave my leftovers. All I can say is the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was really good.

The kitchen had no plates, cups, silverware, pots, or pans. Every drawer and cabinet was empty. Having a range and microwave, I would assume that the hotel would provide utensils for their use.

Took the front desk lady over 10 mins to come out of her office to check me in. Reeked of pot. I booked an accessible room and did not get that. In addition, the ice maker didn't work and two of the three ceiling lights didn't work. I asked for a refund for the next night, as I wasn't going to stay and was unable to get the refund. Such a bummer. I always choose MY PLACE when I go out of town. This time it was a huge disappointment.

Parking was easy anc secure. Great location for Beaver valley activities. Staff werefriendly. We had a kitchenette but no ammenities... flatware or dishes or glasses... sone were availabke from the front desk. Overall good value and good fresh coffee in the lobby.
