Fix the Flyer

Everything was fine except the flyer that stated the weekend breakfast hours were to end at 11:00. They actually closed at 10:30 am. Also, the coffee service at the entrance to the Bistro were removed immediately after breakfast and not replaced. Most higher end hotels that I stay at leave a coffee service available most of the day.

This property is very close to the Pitt and CMU, so make it a preferred choice to visit schools. However, the parking is expensive, the noise can easily penetrate the rooms, and it is very noise at late night. The front desk cannot take care of the basic needs to add a light

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very quiet, comfortable beds and pillows and parking was convenient although very expensive. Everything was very clean except for the grout on the tile in the bathtub. That could use some attention.

We were surprised by the $40 parking ! Also we’re not explained where to Karl. Thrn our parking pass didn’t work !! Annoying . Also ice machine didn’t work on our floor.

Fantastic property, competitive price. Huge open bar and restaurant area. Perfect for any large gathering, like a wedding, reunion, etc. The inside of the hotel is tasteful and well decorated. Modern bar, comfy, clean rooms, easy parking and pick up drop off. Amazing location.

Excellent stay!!

Was there to drop my oldest off for fresh year @ Pitt Incredibly convenient to campus - free parking garage was easy to navigate and spots were plentiful Room was ready early and was exactly as advertised The lady at front desk was on point. Friendly and efficient! Later on when we realized how limited and pricey the hotel breakfast options were, she was super helpful with finding a good breakfast diner nearby as well as several other suggestions that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. The AC unit was a little loud, but that’s typical of those types of units. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Courtyard by Marriott is always a good and reliable choice. This hotel seemed a step above the usual. Lobby welcoming, dining area, friendly staff, rooms. Super location. Not cheap. I was glad I was staying there! Loved the covered entrance from parking. Helpful with rain. Feeling of spaciousness.
