Came here for the first time a couple weeks ago. Stayed one night. Wanted to take kids to the Apex track and they loved it. Did one round which last about 6 min wish they would have done more but we will save that for next time. We ate at the buffet, lots of options for kids too. The lobster and crab legs were a hit for my husband and I. In the casino some machines had tvs right above them that they had the warrior playoff game. Our room was super clean but then again everything was. Bathroom was huge, probably double the size of other places. You could not get on the elevators if you did not have a room. Security was always by the elevator. Recommend this place. Can’t wait to go back!

Not worth the money.

Everything about this day was wonderful except for us having to pay almost $400 for a room was uncomfortably hot almost the entire stay outside of a few minutes in the middle of the night that never went under 75° even after calling and getting people out to check it 3 times. We almost went home, but thought I should tell Hotels.com before someone else stays there and expects it not to be hot almost the entire time in the room. The second time they came in, they said someone turned something on on the top of the roof that would allow the AC to work properly. Apparently there was another unit on the roof that wasn’t properly turned on or on a cool enough position. If the hotel is gonna charge us almost $400 that should not be an issue. Please be advised and advise all your customers that any room facing wet with the entire wall and window is going to be extremely hot and apparently will not go lower than 75° in the room. I also mentioned that it was our anniversary two or three times and they said there was really nothing they could do to help us celebrate that.

Get Down & Dirty for All the $$$!

Not the worst place. But definitely not the nicest, not the most accommodating, not the most cleanly place either. This was an outing for the kiddo so we went big in the Apex arcade. The prices are not comparable to similar experiences at other casinos/hotels. The place looks okay at night. But the sunlight isn’t kind to Red Hawk. Lots of dirty areas in our room, LOTS in the arcade, the pool, the casino floor.. I think what left a bad impression for me was the constant nickel and diming. When I’m spending over 1k for one overnight with the kiddo, trying to charge me $50 for late checkout ON A MONDAY MORNING was the nail in this coffin for me.
