The shower was not clean there is mold and soap scumm on the door and moldings was lots of blck hair in the drain and there was cocroaches in my room we came back from dinner my dogs food had roaches in it how icky the beds are so u comfortable my back hurts and i couldnt sleep i had to go buy my own pillows because the ones on the bed were so flat the desk people were nice the lobby was fancy and looked good

The man at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. The Wi-Fi was fast and worked well. The first room we got was too stinky for us so we changed rooms which was easily done by the accommodating staff. The second room we got certainly wasn't stink free but was a lot better. Overall the experience was fine I'm not expecting a whole lot from a motel 6 but certainly things could have been a little cleaner.

Needs some some TLC

We had to wait ~10 minutes for receptionist, no one was there when we arrived, however they were friendly and helpful once they did arrive. The property appears to have long term residence with pets, the hall smelled and the room was in need of a deep clean. We opted not to use the shower as the shower floor had soap scum build up and was dirty looking. The mattresses were stiff. The hotel was quiet.

Ant “eaters”!

The room was infested with Andy’s. Although they were black ants, they can still bite, and bite they did! My fiancé was bitten all night long. We wanted to change rooms but we were too tired to move all our things in the middle of the night (we brought all our things in from the truck). We didn’t sleep at all and were exhausted for our next day of travel. We asked for a refund and the kind clerk said he couldn’t do anything, but that he would forward my complaints to Hotels.com. Worst stay ever! I am asking that you refund my account for the full amount. Thank you for taking the time to hear me.
